The Focus Group in the Cloud™ allows the hosts of conference calls, video libraries, webinars, live streaming events, political debates, town hall meetings and other live events to measure their audiences’ moment-to-moment reactions to the actual content of their events.
This audience engagement and reaction data is then combined with other available event data to form real-time dashboards that reflect the engagement and sentiment of the audience while the event is in progress. Post event analysis provides lead generation and prioritization based on an extensive micro-targeting capability that creates matched data sets to the keywords and phrases from the event that engaged individual audience members.
